Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Georgia to provide comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop and monitor individualized intervention plans, and lead ABA-based strategies for clients with ASD.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise RBTs, and educate families while maintaining meticulous documentation in SpringHealth’s EHR system. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification with BACB in good standing.
• Experience implementing ABA programming.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with ASD.
• Develop and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to each client.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collect data and analyze outcomes to guide decisions.
• Educate and support families in applying strategies.
• Supervise RBTs and provide staff training.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and clinical reports.
• Ensure documentation meets ethical and regulatory standards.
