Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor in Gaithersburg, MD. The role can be part-time or full-time, with a compensation range of $95,000 to $125,000 per year and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include assessments, supervising techs, parent education, and data-driven program adjustments. 75% remote work and occasional travel up to 25% support diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (and licensure where required).
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Minimum one year as a BCBA or supervisory role.
• HIPAA/BACB/commercial payer compliance and ethics.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (FBAs) and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians across settings.
• Educate and collaborate with parents on ABA techniques.
• Coordinate care with other service providers.
