Big Dreamers ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The role offers 75% remote flexibility with about 25% in-person supervision, while our administrative team handles scheduling so you can focus on clinical care.

You will manage a small caseload, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs, and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland Licensure as a Behavior Analyst required.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to provide ~25% in-person supervision while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Complete treatment plans and documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
