Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality clinical supervision with a flexible 75% remote work arrangement and approximately 25% in-person supervision for clients and RBTs in Maryland. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and strong administrative support to enable focused clinical care.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to provide approximately 25% in-person supervision while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
