Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA, a premier provider of ABA therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, seeks a BCBA - Clinical Supervisor in Gaithersburg, MD. This role supports treatment planning, data-driven program development, and supervision of technicians.

The position offers a flexible schedule (part-time or full-time), with a strong salary range of $95,000–$125,000 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Remote work up to 75% is possible, with on-site collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification current and licensure where required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Minimum one year as BCBA or supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• HIPAA, BACB, and payer requirements compliant.
• Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, including FBAs, and develop ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA programs across applicable settings.
• Educate and work with parents on behavior analytic techniques.
• Coordinate care with client’s other service providers.
• Create and maintain effective data collection methods.
• Track and analyze data and modify/create new programs accordingly.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Directly work with clients when applicable.
