Intercare Therapy in Sacramento, CA seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership, supervision of RBTs/BCaBAs, and case oversight. You will guide program development, conduct FBAs and functional analyses, and ensure treatment integrity across clients.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification, with strong ABA skills, clear communication, and bilingual Spanish preferred. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $109,000 plus bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision per BACB standards for RBTs/BCBAs and oversee client cases.
• Conduct ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP assessments to guide treatment objectives.
• Deliver supervision and documentation for RBTs, BCaBAs and BCBA candidates.
• Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and analyses to guide function-based treatments.
• Provide training to teachers, technicians and parents using BST techniques.
• Coordinate with school personnel for observations and recommendations as needed.
