Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Clinical Leader in the Sacramento area to supervise Behavior Specialists, elevate clinical quality, and advance BCBA certification goals. You will mentor in-field staff, ensure fidelity of programming, and collaborate with Training and Operations to deliver high-quality ABA services across homes, schools, and communities.

Starting pay is $34-$40 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of professional ABA experience.
• 1 year of ABA experience plus 12 ABA units.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise Behavior Specialists through in-field feedback.
• Conduct home and community visits to ensure program fidelity.
• Provide parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
