Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to provide discipline-specific ABA supervision for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and ASD. You will oversee ABA programs, ensure quality and best practices, and mentor program staff. A BCBA, Master’s in ABA, CPR, and 2–3 years ASD experience are required. Local travel up to 50% may be necessary.

The position includes a $87,000 starting salary with a $7,500 hiring bonus for external candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and ABA-based treatment for children with ASD.
• Oversee ABA program components for caseload and ensure best-practice guidelines.
• Lead staff training, development, and QA activities; conduct evaluations and audits as needed.
• Assist in recruitment/onboarding of program associates; support training of managers and staff.
• Travel locally up to 50% to fulfill clinical and supervisory duties.
• Attend conferences/trainings to stay current with autism research and practices.
