Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of ABA methodologies and current research findings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports.
• Oversee ABA program components for caseloads and ensure best-practice guidelines.
• Lead staff meetings and staff development trainings as assigned.
• Recruitment/selection support for new program associates and onboarding.
• Travel up to 50% locally as needed and stay current with autism-related developments.
