Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a BCBA-level clinical supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with developmental delays, ASD, and related conditions. The role includes supervision of direct reports, training staff, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based interventions in collaboration with families, therapists, and partners.

Requires a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, CPR, and 2–3 years of ASD experience; travel up to 50% locally is expected;

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional ASD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based behavior programs and conducts assessments.
• Provides parent education and coordinates with families and professionals.
• Leads staff meetings and develops training materials.
• Monitors performance of associates and conducts QA reviews.
• Oversees recruitment and onboarding of new program staff.
• Travels up to 50% locally as needed.
