Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Monrovia, CA seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients with ASD. This salaried, exempt, full-time role reports to the Group Clinical Manager and works across center, home, school, and telehealth settings.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, coordinating with caregivers and payers, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payers, and other professionals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data collection.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Deliver services across center, in home, school, community, or telehealth.
