The Center Launch BCBA provides clinical leadership, feedback and supervision to promote success for each client. Under your supervision, you ensure consistent high-quality clinical practice, client progress and satisfaction with Intercare services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in ABA supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours and supervise program teams.
• Provide BACB-compliant supervision and feedback to staff.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop treatment recommendations.
• Complete documentation and oversee RBTs/BCBA candidates as needed.
• Collaborate with school personnel and families for coordinated care.
