Job summary

Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies to help children with autism, aiming to optimize independence and quality of life for clients and families. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) role ensures high quality clinical practice, direct oversight of cases, and professional development for staff.

You will lead supervision, training, and consultation to Program Managers and Interventionists, with a focus on treatment integrity, client satisfaction, and outcomes across assigned

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required
• BCBA certification required
• Supervisory experience with BACB standards preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours of 5 hours/day (25 hours/week)
• Supervise Program Manager team to ensure 28 hours/week
• Provide quality clinical supervision per BACB standards across clients and settings
• Conduct developmental assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to guide treatment
• Provide BACB-compliant supervision and documentation for RBTs/BCaBAs/BCBAs
• Provide training to teachers, technicians, parents using BST
• Attend IEPs and collaborate with school personnel as appropriate
• Collaborate with school personnel on observations and program recommendations
