Intercare Therapy provides evidence‐based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) leads clinical supervision and provides feedback to promote success across assigned client cases.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field and BCBA certification, with strong ABA and clinical skills. The position emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with teachers, parents, and school personnel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field and BCBA certification are required.
• Proven ability to supervise BACB-credentialed staff and ensure treatment integrity.
• Experience with BACB standards and supervision of RBTs/BCBA candidates desirable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a minimum average of 5 billable hours per day (25/wk, 110/mo).
• Supervise Program Manager team to ensure 28 billable hours per week (120/mo).
• Provide quality clinical supervision per BACB standards across clients and settings.
• Conduct developmental assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and tailor treatments.
• Document supervision according to BACB standards for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates.
• Attend IEPs or team meetings when applicable and present goals and interventions.
