Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA, a premier provider of ABA therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, seeks a BCBA - Clinical Supervisor in Laurel, MD. This role offers a flexible schedule and the option of part-time or full-time work with a salary of $90,000 to $125,000 per year, plus benefits.

The position requires 25% in-person attendance at our Laurel office, with the remainder performed remotely. You will oversee treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and other

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure where required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Minimum one year as a BCBA or in a supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• HIPAA, BACB and insurance funders compliance.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments including FBAs and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians across settings.
• Educate and work with parents on ABA techniques.
• Coordinate care with other service providers.
• Create and maintain effective data collection methods.
• Track data and modify/create programs accordingly.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Directly work with clients when applicable.
