Big Dreamers ABA in Laurel, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The role offers 25% in-person work at our Laurel office and the remainder remotely, with a salary range of $90,000 to $125,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

The position requires BCBA certification, a master’s degree in ABA or related field, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, with strong communication skills and HIPAA/BACB compliance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure as required (and maintained).
• Master’s degree in ABA or related human services field.
• Minimum 1 year as a BCBA or supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• HIPAA/BACB/compliance with insurer requirements.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments including FBAs and develop ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians across settings.
• Educate and work with parents on behavior analytic techniques.
• Coordinate care with client’s other service providers.
• Create and maintain effective data collection methods.
• Track and analyze data and modify/create programs accordingly.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Directly work with clients when applicable.
