Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Provide supervision and feedback to Behavior Technicians per BACB standards.
• Model effective intervention strategies across home, school, and clinic settings.
• Analyze client data regularly and adjust programming for progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and clinical team to promote skill generalization.
• Maintain timely documentation including session notes and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and payer guidelines.
