Job summary

Alongside ABA in Oceanside, CA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical oversight, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA therapy across home, school, and clinic settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, and document in compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, providing BACB-standard supervision, analyzing client data, and collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and compliance with BACB standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and feedback to Behavior Technicians per BACB standards.
• Model effective intervention strategies and ensure treatment integrity across home, school, and clinic settings.
• Analyze client data regularly and adjust programming for progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and clinical staff to promote skill generalization.
