Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification must be current.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of professional experience with ASD in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports.
• Oversees components of the ABA programs for caseloads, ensuring high quality and best-practice guidelines.
• Leads staff meetings and provides specialized training to associates and Program Managers.
• Participates in recruitment/selection processes and onboarding for new staff.
• Willing to travel up to 50% locally and stay current with autism research and field developments.
