Easter Seals Southern California, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee clinical supervision for children with developmental delays. The candidate will ensure high-quality ABA programs and work closely with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and previous experience with ASD. A hiring bonus of $5,000 is available, and the starting salary is $87,000 per year.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
• Capacity to exercise discretion and demonstrate good judgment.

Mansioni

• Provide quality clinical supervision to staff.
• Facilitate behavior programs based on ABA principles.
• Conduct evaluations and case-management reviews.
