Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks an ABA assessor to conduct comprehensive assessments, generating data-driven reports for program eligibility. The role involves working closely with families, the assessment team, and program staff across home and community settings.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in psychology or related field, BCBA certification, CPR, and 3–5 years of ASD experience within multidisciplinary teams. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field, BCBA certification required.
• BCBA certification and CPR certification required.
• 3–5 years’ experience with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct multiple assessment appointments with families at home and in the community.
• Prepare and submit final ABA assessment reports using approved templates.
• Ensure monthly report submissions and mileage tracking per scheduling system.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
• Stay current with ABA assessment techniques through ongoing training.
