Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in ABA and BCBA certification.
• CPR certification is required.
• 2-3 years of professional ASD experience in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports.
• Oversee ABA programs for caseload ensuring high quality and best-practice guidelines.
• Train and onboard associates; support recruitment and selection; conduct staff development.
• Attend conferences and trainings to stay current on autism research and practices.
