Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and ASD. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines, and coordinate with families and community partners.

The role requires strong leadership, program evaluation, and ongoing staff development. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, CPR certification, and 2–3 years of ASD

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Must possess and maintain BCBA certification.
• Must possess and maintain current CPR certification.
• 2–3 years of professional experience with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and direction to direct reports for ABA programs.
• Oversee all components of ABA programs for caseload.
• Lead staff meetings and deliver training materials.
• Recruit and onboard new program associates; oversee performance evaluations.
• Attend conferences and trainings to stay current with autism research and best practices.
• Liaise with families, regional centers, schools, and health care providers; travel as required.
