Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Center Valley, PA seeks a BCBA to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism. You’ll manage a caseload up to 10 clients and supervise up to 5 RBTs, collaborating with Clinical Directors and regional leaders to ensure best practices.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills and clinic-based setting experience.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
