Job summary

Helping Hands Family - Autism Services in Harrisburg is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism. You will manage a manageable caseload of up to 10 clients, supervising and developing RBTs while conducting assessments and writing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
• State licensure where required.

• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
