Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a Behavioral Health Analyst (BCBA) to join its pediatric behavioral health team. Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral analyses.
• Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
• Provide parent training, school consultation, and crisis intervention support.
• Partner with psychologists and interdisciplinary teams to advance patient outcomes.
• Serve as a case lead and mentor staff implementing treatment plans.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions based on patient progress.
• Collaborate across clinics, community settings, schools, and treatment programs to support success across environments.
