Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s Office of Academic Affairs and Career Development seeks a Behavioral Health Consultant (BCBA Preferred) to provide specialized assessment and intervention for children and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs.

In this collaborative role, you will partner with psychologists, nurses, social workers, and families to develop trauma-informed treatment strategies, lead assessments, and mentor staff across inpatient and residential settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Education, or a related behavioral health field OR BCBA certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in behavior analysis, behavioral health, psychiatric care, developmental disabilities, or a related clinical setting.
