Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Provide parent training, school consultation, and crisis support.
• Partner with psychologists and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Serve as case lead and mentor staff on treatment plans.
• Analyze data and adjust interventions based on progress.
