Job summary

Cincinnati Children's in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Behavioral Health Analyst (BCBA) to join our behavioral health team serving children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and complex behavioral needs.

You'll conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, provide parent training and school consultation, and collaborate with psychologists and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral analyses.
• Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
• Provide parent training, school consultation, and crisis intervention support.
• Partner with psychologists and interdisciplinary teams to advance patient outcomes.
• Serve as a case lead and mentor staff implementing treatment plans.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions based on patient progress.
• Collaborate across clinics, community settings, schools, and treatment programs to support treatment success across environments.
