Job summary

Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our behavioral health team, delivering evidence-based services for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and complex behavioral needs.

You will work with psychologists, families, schools, and community partners to shape and lead intervention plans, train parents, and monitor progress across settings in a nationally recognized pediatric health system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.

Preferred

• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention services for individuals with developmental disabilities and severe behavior disorders.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and creating behavior support plans.
• Experience working with significant challenging behaviors including aggression, self-injury, property destruction, elopement, or pica.
