Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams for planning and adjustment of plans.
• Provide crisis prevention, de-escalation, and safety planning.
• Educate and mentor staff on behavior management, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions.
