Job summary

Anova Education in Indianapolis seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical teams and drive high-quality ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and mentor staff. The role emphasizes caregiver training, audits, and sustained professional development within a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing teams and coordinating care.
• Ability to assess skills and deficits across domains.
• Experience with developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans and behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments for clients.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Provide staff training and supervision for client progress.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Submit required documents for audits and compliance.
• Identify clients needing additional supports and coordinate resources.
• Mentor staff and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Engage in professional development and share updates with the clinical team.
