Maxim Healthcare in Greenbelt, MD is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead and mentor a team of BCBA Clinical Supervisors, delivering high-quality ABA services and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will supervise clinicians, collaborate with families, and support business decisions while providing fieldwork supervision to BCBA/BCaBA trainees and RBTs. The role offers leadership growth and a strong operational support.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in the behavioral field with four years of ABA experience.
• At least two years in the business line setting and a minimum of one year in supervision.
• Experience supervising services for toddlers, children, and adults preferred.
• Must meet federal/state/local requirements and internal certifications/training.
• Experience in quality management and budget management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in hiring, training and staff development.
• Experience in regulatory or payer audits or other required contracts.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Leads and mentors BCBA Clinical Supervisors, assessing performance and providing development opportunities based on KPIs and training needs.
• Oversees clinical care and quality of behavioral services through observation, supervision, and family collaboration.
• Partners with office leadership to support staffing, business decisions, and client relationships.
• Provides supervised fieldwork to BCBA/BCaBA trainees and ongoing supervision to RBTs/BCaBAs.
• Maintains compliance with industry regulations and Maxim requirements.
