LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Managing Behavior Analyst to provide clinical leadership for a client caseload and to supervise clinical supervisors and technicians. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, colleagues, and other providers to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

You will lead clinical care, oversee treatment delivery, and support professional development while expanding your own expertise in ABA. A strong commitment to clinical excellence and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Master Degree
• Experience: 2 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• BCBA and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior analysis
• Developing goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
• Identifying complex problems and evaluating options to implement solutions
• Communicating effectively in writing for the audience
• Speaking to convey information effectively
• Active listening and attention to others
• Monitoring performance and driving improvements
• Understanding implications of new information for problem-solving
• Actively helping others

Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance to assigned clients according to LEARN clinical standards
• Provide support, mentorship and clinical direction to clinical supervisor
• Provide clinical direction to technicians
• Employ clinical best practices and use data to drive clinical programming
• Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
• Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
• Deliver clinical and professional feedback to staff
• Provide treatment by protocol when needed
• Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
• This role supervises one or more individual contributors
