The role offers a total compensation package from $85,000 to $109,000 annually, with base salary ranging from $85,000 to $97,000 and monthly bonuses up to $1,000. Expect administrative support, mentorship, growth tracks, and flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Must maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and LBA in good standing.
• Qualify for Supervisor status under the BACB.
• Must qualify for approved credentials with designated insurance carriers.
• Valid, current driver’s license and car insurance on vehicle.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for helping children achieve their full potential in diverse environments.
• Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across settings (clinic, home, community).
• Provide guidance to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Ensure treatment plans are tailored to client goals and BACB standards.
• Establish and manage ABA services to improve skills.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Analyze progress and adjust plans for clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with caregivers and service providers for continuum of care.
• Support staff development through feedback and training.
• Assist in clinic oversight and program development.
