Job summary

BrightPath Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct care and clinical oversight in a child-focused setting in Texas and Colorado. The role includes mentorship from senior BCBAs, caseload management, and collaboration with families to deliver high-quality ABA services.

You will oversee clinical services, supervise RBTs, and ensure plans meet BACB standards while supporting clinic growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must maintain BCBA credential and LBA in good standing.
• Qualify for BACB supervisor status.
• Must have valid driver's license and car insurance; CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across clinic, home and community settings.
• Provide guidance to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Ensure treatment plans align with client goals and BACB standards.
• Collaborate with caregivers and service providers to maintain continuity of care.
• Support program development and clinic oversight.
