BrightPath Behavior in Pearland, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct care and clinical oversight in a child-focused setting. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality ABA services.

We offer a total compensation package from $85,000 to $109,000 annually, with a base salary plus performance bonuses, relocation support, and ongoing professional development opportunities as part of a structured growth track.

Qualifications

• Must maintain BCBA credential and LBA in good standing.
• Qualify for BACB Supervisor status.
• Must qualify for approved credentials with designated insurers.
• Valid driver's license and current car insurance.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to commute to Pearland, TX (77581) reliably or relocate with employer assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across clinic, home, and community settings.
• Provide guidance to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Ensure treatment plans align with BACB standards and client goals.
• Collaborate with caregivers and service providers for continuity of care.
• Support clinic operations and program development.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and compliance.
