BrightPath Behavior in Texas and Colorado seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with LBA credentials to provide direct care and clinical oversight in a child-focused ABA setting. You will lead clinical programs, supervise RBTs, and drive high-quality care across clinic, home, and community environments.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required and LBA credential in good standing.
• Supervisor status under the BACB.
• Ability to meet credentialing with insurance providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across clinic, home, and community settings and supervise RBTs.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans targeting client goals.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and payer requirements.
• Mentor and support clinicians and staff through case consultations and training.
• Collaborate with caregivers and service providers to maintain continuum of care.
