Job summary

Cultivate Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide clinical leadership, supervise BTs/RBTs, and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse clients. You will oversee case progress, collaborate with families, and work with clinical leadership to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and licensed Behavior Analyst.
• Experience working with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder.
• Passion for behavioral science and dissemination of best practices and current research in ABA.
• Demonstrates ongoing professional growth and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality case oversight to achieve extraordinary outcomes for all patients.
• Conduct initial intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to BT/RBTs on caseload.
• Collaborate with families by providing caregiver guidance.
• Work with Clinical Manager and BCBA team to improve patient outcomes.
