Job summary

Cultivate BHE in Austin, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our on-site team. You will provide high-quality case oversight, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise BT/RBT staff to support client progress.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a schedule of Monday–Friday, up to 2 remote workdays after 90 days, and a compensation range of $85,000–$95,000 plus full benefits, with opportunities for leadership and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA and licensed professional in good standing.
• Experience with children or adults with autism spectrum disorder.
• Passion for behavioral science and disseminating best practices.
• Demonstrates ongoing professional growth and learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality case oversight for clients to achieve outcomes.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to BT/RBTs on caseloads.
• Collaborate with families to offer caregiver guidance and training.
• Work with Clinical Manager and other BCBAs to improve patient outcomes.
