BrightPath Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct care and clinical oversight in a dynamic, child-focused environment in Flower Mound, Texas. The role offers a robust compensation package with base salary, bonuses, and relocation assistance.

You will oversee clinical services across clinic, home, and community settings, supervise RBTs, and ensure treatments align with BACB standards while partnering with families for meaningful progress in each child’s

Qualifications

• Must maintain BCBA and LBA in good standing.
• Qualify for Supervisor status under BACB.
• Must qualify for approved credentials with designated insurance carriers.
• Valid, current driver’s license and car insurance.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to commute to Flower Mound, Texas (75028) or relocate with relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across clinic, home, and community settings.
• Provide guidance to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Ensure treatment plans are tailored to client goals and BACB standards.
