Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support services in our clinic setting for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. The BCBA oversees therapists and candidates, develops comprehensive treatment plans, and reports to the Regional Director.

The role requires conducting assessments (VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, FBA), providing supervision, and delivering consultations to families, schools, and agencies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or a related field (prefer BACB‑accredited program).
• BACB certification required for Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards.
• Ability to work with technology and data systems (ACE ABA Data System).

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor treatment plans based on assessments and objectives.
• Supervise ABA Therapists, BCBA Candidates, RBTs, and staff.
• Provide supervision and training to staff; ensure HIPAA confidentiality.
• Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Engage with schools, districts, and outside agencies for contract services.
• Lead parent meetings and provide home and clinic training.
