Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers in Manchester, NH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan, develop, and monitor ABA therapy services. The role oversees therapists, conducts assessments, and ensures compliance with professional standards in a clinic setting.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, requires travel to multiple sites, and includes a 8:00am–5:00pm schedule with potential weekend hours. Strong leadership and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field, preferably from a BACB accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor behavioral support plans and treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA Therapists, BCBA Candidates and provide supervision.
