Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state-specific requirements.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience providing services to children with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Provide supervision and training to clinical staff; develop supervisees' clinical skills.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members to ensure quality care.
• Complete administrative tasks such as reports, insurance reviews, and funding paperwork.
