Jobot in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to grow into a Clinical Director role at a center-based clinic. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, coach clinicians, and maintain a small caseload of 3–4 learners while guiding ABA programming.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Eligibility to practice in North Carolina.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence‑based ABA practices.
• Experience supervising or developing RBTs and other clinicians.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and day‑to‑day guidance to BCBAs and RBTs.
• Mentor clinicians and support their professional development.
• Oversee quality and consistency of ABA treatment programs.
• Maintain a reduced caseload of approximately 3–4 learners.
• Develop, review, and adjust individualized treatment plans with data.
• Supervise and provide feedback to the clinical team.
• Support RBT performance and development.
• Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families on goals.
• Maintain clinical standards, documentation, and ethical practice.
• Partner with leadership on performance and continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable clinic culture.
