Job summary

Vibrant ABA in North Carolina seeks a licensed BCBA to oversee clinical direction and ensure ethical, effective treatment for children with autism. You will lead care plans, supervise RBTs/BTs in person, and collaborate closely with families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active NC LBA license required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and organizational skills essential.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs, including required in-person supervision.
• Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration.
• Collaborate with parents, therapists and clinical team to support positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
