Jobot is seeking an experienced Full-time Clinical Director—BCBA to lead a center-based ABA team. You will oversee treatment plans, supervise 20+ BCBA/RBT staff, and drive quality of care while fostering leadership development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical/center-based setting.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience with team management and development.
• Experience in early intervention (ages 2–7).
• Hands-on experience with moderate to severe ASD (Level 3).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to BACB Ethical Compliance Code.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of client treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to 20+ BCBA/RBT staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitation of training.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated services.
• Maintain knowledge of developments in behavior analysis and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Lead the clinical team toward KPIs and service delivery goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and partners.
• Participate in strategic planning for organizational growth.
