Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Clinical Director in Chapel Hill, NC to lead a center-based ABA program, supervise BCBAs and RBTs, and maintain a small caseload of 3–4 learners. The role focuses on clinical leadership, program quality, and caregiver collaboration within a supportive clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and NC licensure eligibility.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based ABA practices.
• Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs or clinicians.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in developing others and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day guidance to BCBAs and RBTs.
• Mentor clinicians and support their continued professional development.
• Oversee the quality and consistency of ABA treatment programs.
• Maintain a reduced caseload of approximately 3–4 learners.
• Develop, review, and adjust individualized treatment plans using clinical data.
• Provide supervision and feedback to clinical team members.
• Support effective RBT performance and development.
• Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families on treatment goals.
• Help maintain strong clinical standards, documentation, and ethical practice.
• Partner with clinic and organizational leadership on clinical performance and continuous improvement.
• Help foster a collaborative, accountable, and supportive clinic culture.
