Jobot in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical operations with a smaller caseload of 3–4 learners. You will guide BCBAs and RBTs, develop clinicians, and ensure high-quality ABA programs in a center-based setting.

The role emphasizes leadership without fully stepping away from hands-on clinical work, with a daytime schedule and opportunities for professional growth. Competitive compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible to practice in North Carolina.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and application of evidence-based ABA practices.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing RBTs and clinicians.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in developing others and taking ownership of clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day guidance to BCBAs and RBTs.
• Mentor clinicians and support professional development of the team.
• Oversee the quality and consistency of ABA treatment programs.
• Maintain a reduced caseload of ~3–4 learners.
• Develop, review, and adjust individualized treatment plans using clinical data.
• Provide supervision and feedback to clinical team members.
• Support RBT performance and development.
• Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families on goals.
• Ensure clinical standards, documentation, and ethical practice.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership on performance and continuous improvement.
