My Team ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead strategic growth, expand Medicaid and commercial payer participation, and strengthen partnerships.

This leadership role requires active BCBA certification, MD licensure, and strong project management to drive agency expansion and OBM-oriented improvements.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Education, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth in ABA.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven project management experience with multiple initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure Medicaid and commercial payer credentialing and participation.
• Navigate payer networks and onboarding for ABA services.
• Represent the organization at payer meetings and industry events.
• Support hiring for clinicians and staff growth.
• Lead outreach to referral sources to increase awareness and referrals.
• Develop proposals and business cases for growth opportunities.
